Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore-Industries SPA/TPRG/2PRG/U [DIN] parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectrum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8502PG311L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBAO100111 manufactured by Spectrum and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectrum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D111483 by Manufacturer Tel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sprecher--Schuh Brand CAT785XAEGEJF63G17L22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Spang such as 12032 equipment made by Spang have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spang products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spang" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SFD212FG4Y made by Square-D as well as the popular CA760D00 original spares produced by Sprecher--Schuh

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1746SCOAP8I906000702AB by Spectrum and 12032 spares by Spang are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original cat723 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sprecher--Schuh.
